Empowering birth education.

This five part workshop consists of extensive birth education, pain management techniques, newborn care, postpartum health and breastfeeding education. The classes are interactive and engaging for both moms and their partners. They are taught by a certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, doula, and board certified lactation consultant.
